Personal data we process

When an inquiry is submitted, we may process the company name, contact person, e-mail, phone number, loading and unloading details, shipment details and notes.

Data entered in the form

Personal data and information entered in the transport quotation inquiry form are collected and processed according to this Privacy Notice. This mainly includes contact details, transport route details, quantity, type, weight and other shipment parameters. After the form is submitted, the data is used solely to handle the inquiry, prepare a price offer and provide related communication.

Purpose of processing

We process data to handle inquiries, prepare price offers, communicate with customers and subsequently perform an order or contract.

Legal basis

The legal basis is mainly taking steps prior to entering into a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and legitimate interest in customer communication.

Retention period

We keep data for the time necessary to handle the inquiry and then for periods required by legal obligations, especially accounting and tax rules.

Recipients

Data may be shared to the necessary extent with transport and logistics partners, accounting or IT suppliers and public authorities if required by law.
